Trader Joe's Simple Greens

Ingredients
1 lb. Trader Joe's Southern Greens Blend1 clove garlic, minced1 onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped green onion2 TBS olive oil1 cup vegetable broth1 cup tomato juiceSalt, pepper, and marjoram to tasteGrated parmesan cheese (optional)* Four dashes of Tabasco sauce (my addition)
Directions
In a pot large enough to hold greens, saute' garlic and onion until onions are translucent. Add vegetable broth and tomato juice. Bring to a boil.

Add greens, scallions,tabasco, and seasoning. Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
