Kris' Apple Crisp

Ingredients
2 Medium Apples (sliced)1 cup Quick Oats1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp Splendapinch of Brown Sugar (optional)4 tbsp milk (I used whole)1 tbsp honey
Directions
Slice the apples and spread them on the bottom of a pyrex type dish.

Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.

Cover & cook in microwave about 10 minutes.

I think it would be better with butter/margarine instead of milk, but I didn't have any on hand, so I just used what I had.

Makes about 4 1/2 cup servings.
