Quick Pasta with Tomatoes and Beans

Ingredients
1 box multigrain pasta1 cup feta cheese4 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added2 cans kidney beans or cannellini bean, no salt addedSpinach, 1 bag (approx. 8 cups)
Directions
Cook pasta. Mix all ingredients together and cook until spinach is just wilted. Serve.

    I thought it was a pretty fair dish, but lacking in the seasoning department. My husband on the other hand, who will eat anything I put in front of him, literally spit it out, I think it's the first time I have EVER seen him do that. I saved one more dish for myself for lunch and tossed the rest. - 6/1/10
