3 cups Warm Water1/3 cup Honey,1/3 cup Olive oil 1 tbsp Salt8 cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbls. Yeast
Mix all ingredients, except 4 cups of flour together in mixer. When mixed well, add remaining 4 cups of flour 1 cup at a time. Mix for 10 to 12 minutes to knead.
When finished, divide dough into 35 balls, place on greased cookie sheet and let rise until double in size. Cook at 410 degrees for 10 minutes until brown. Butter tops if desired.
