Cajun Curry Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast1/3 cup honey3 Tbsp water2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread, melted2-3 Tbsp curry powder2-3 Tbsp cajun seasoning1 tsp lemon juice1 garlic clove, minced3 Tbsp mustard
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients other than the chicken in a 13 X 9 baking dish
Place chicken in dish and turn to coat
Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes at 350
Serve over hot rice and spoon pan drippings over chicken and rice
