Soup Yellow Pea & Chicken

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced2 celery stalks, chopped1 carrot, chopped100 g gram (chana dhal) flour1L watersalt & pepperchives and parsley100 g frozen peas100 g chicken, cooked and chopped
Directions
Prepare vegetables and soften them in a little of the water.

Mix together gram flour and water, then stif it inot the cooked vegetables.

Continute to star over gentle heat while the soup thickens (do not boil). Add extra water if too thick.

Add frozen peas and chicken.

Heat through and season with salt and pepper.
