2 Haas AvocadosJuice of one lime (1-2 T)3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed2 T onion, chopped very fine1/2 t salt1 t - 1T dried cilantro (to taste)
Remove fruit from peel and place in medium sized bowl discarding seed and peel. Use a pastry blender or large fork to mash avocado to your desired consistency. Squeeze juice of one lime over avocado pulp. Add garlic, onion, salt and cilantro. Stir until blended and serve.
Makes about 4, 1/3 C servings depending on the size of your avocados.
