Whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour3 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder2 tsp lemon zest.75 cup milk2 large eggs.5 cup sour cream1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Put all dry ingredients and fruit together in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl beat together wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients with a few quick strokes.

Heat a nonstick skillet with some cooking spray over medium high heat, then drop batter (about a 1/3 cup at a time) onto skillet. Flip when bubbles begin to form (about 3-5 minutes) and cook a few minutes longer.
