Beef Tips for Crock Pot

Ingredients
* Beef, tip round, 2 lb, chopped * Beef broth, 2 cups * *Dried Onion Flakes, 3 tbsp * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .125 cup or 2 TBS. *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Chop beef into 1 inch pieces (or purchase already chopped), put all ingredients except flour and milk into crock pot and cook on low for 6 hrs. Near end of cooking, mix flour and milk together completely and pour into beef and stir well. It will thicken fairly quickly. Serve over rice - calculated separately.
