Easy chicken salad

Ingredients
11/2 boneless skinless chicken breasts--boiled2.5 tbsp. Light Mayo2 tbsp. Chopped Onion
Directions
boil the chicken until it turns completely white--at least 45 minutes. Drain the chicken, let it cool on a plate. After it's competely cooled down, shred or cut up the chicken pieces. Add mayo and onion, mix well. Makes 4 sandwiches.
