5 Lg Mushrooms1 c chopped Onion3 Lg Celery Stalks1/2 Tsp Olive Oil1 Dash Black Pepper1 jar of Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce1 can Bumble Bee Very Low Sodium White Albacore Tuna in water (do not drain)1/2 box of Fit and Active Whole Wheat Rotini
Cook pasta, drain, and set to the side. In large skillet saute until tender all the veggies with 1/4 water and 1/2 tsp olive oil. Add in tuna (do not drain off) and alfredo sauce. Cook until warm and then add in pasta. Serve hot.
