Ingredients
4 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped1 small red onion, finely chopped1 Tbsp cilantro leaves
Directions
Combine all ingredients and allow to set for about 30 minutes before serving. This will let the flavors marry.
