Veggie Chow Mein

Ingredients
Directions
- 3 mushrooms, sliced- 1/4 cup white/brown onion, sliced or chopped (personal preference)- 1/4 cup red capsicum, sliced or chopped- 3 spears of broccoli- Half a block (1 serve) Bean Supreme Ginger & Honey tofu (use some of the marinade from the packet. it's included in the nutritional info on pkt)- 75g Home Brand Spaghetti pasta, cooked
No major cooking instructions here.
Cook spaghetti as you would normally cook pasta.
Cube tofu and lightly brown them before adding the vegetables.
Add vegetables to the tofu and cook lightly for a few minutes or to your liking.
Once vegetables have cooked a little, add the marinade from the tofu packet and stir through gently.
Drain your cooked spaghetti and add to wok. Mix for a few minutes or until the marinade sauce has coated them.
Add salt and pepper as you wish. I didn't add them to the ingredients because I don't use them in stir-fry food.
Serve in bowls, and eat!
