Beef Stroganoff, with (hidden) Veggies

Ingredients
2/3 Cup Grillers Recipe Crumbles (by Morningstar Farms)1 Tbsp Minced Onion1/2 tsp garlic powder1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 Cup fat free Sour Cream1/3 Cup Skim Milk1/2 tsp Beef Bouillon Granules, or 1/2 Bouillon cube8 Oz Frozen Cauliflower, cooked, drained, and pureed or chopped finely1/3 Package Egg Noodles
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Warm Recipe Crumbles over medium heat with Minced Onion and Garlic Powder for about 3-5 minutes (you can substitute 1/2 Lb. lean ground beef, but will have to reconfigure the fat and calories based on that). Add remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until bubbly, about an additional 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately over egg noodles. Makes approx. 5 servings of 1 Cup of Egg noodles and 1/2 cup of sauce.
