Mashed Potatoes without Butter, etc!!

4 Potatoes (peeled and cube cut)4 chicken bouillon cubes4 oz evaporated milkpepper (optional)
peel raw potatoes then, cube cut the potatoes. put into water with 1 chicken bouillon cube per potato. Boil until potatoes become soft/cooked thoroughly. then drain in a strainer put into a big enough bowl. add 1 ounce per potato of evaporated milk. then blend together with mixer or mash the potatoes yourself until smooth. Add a few dashes of pepper(optional) stir in and serve.

WOW!!! I am a huge mashed potato fan and I always thought they had to have butter and sour cream to be good. I tried this recipe last night and they were the best mashed potatoes I have ever had! - 5/12/10
