Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs 1 cup dark corn syrup1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons of butter - melted1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup chopped pecans6 ounces dark chocolate chips1 - 9" ready made deep dish pie crust
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2
Beat 3 eggs until well mixed

Step 3
Add dark corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla to eggs. Stir until well blended

Step 4
Add pecans and chocolate chips into mixture. Stir to make sure well blended into mixture

Step 5
Pour mixture into pie crust

Step 6
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until done. Let cool on wire rack.

Step 7
Serve with whipping cream or ice cream (or both) and a small leaf of mint.
