Do-Ahead Breakfast Bake

dice Ham in water, 2 serving Kroger brand Southern Style Hash browns, 12 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Hillandale shredded mozzerella cheese, 4 serving milk, nonfat, 3 cup Bisquick Healthy Heart (dry), 1 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
1. Grease 13-9-inch (3 Quart) glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray
2. Layer ham,potatoes,bell pepper, and 1 cup cheese in baking dish. in large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. pour into baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese 1 cup. cover; refigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
3. heat oven 375. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.
