Flax, honey, peanut butter balls

1 TBS wheat germ2 TBS flax seed (grind after measuring)2 TBS honey4 TBS almond butter2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together all ingredients. Should be the consistency of play dough. Roll into 14 small balls. Place in fridge to firm up. Enjoy! You can roll them in ground almonds for added interest, before placing into refrigerator.
