Fish Taco White Sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup Mayonnnaise2 tsp Garlic Saltzest of one lemonjuice of one lemon2 tbl caper juice2 tbl capers (optional)
Directions
Zest lemon, squeeze the lemon jucie into mayonaise,
add garlic salt and caper juice.
stir well.
The capers themselves are optional.
The consitancy should be on the runnier side. If it's too thick add either more lemon juice or caper juice.
There are about 16 - 1 tablespoon servings

    Sour cream is an excellent subsitution. Also, I wouldn't use garlic salt. Garlic or garlic powder!
