4 oz Barilla Elbow macaroni1/4 cup cucumber,quartered and sliced thin1/4 cup sweet onion, diced2 green onions, diced1 cup broccoli florets, steamed1/4 cup sliced olives1 can artichoke hearts, quartered1 cup cherry tomatoes, halveddressing:combine:2 T soy sauce2 T lemon juice2 tsp oil
