Crockpot brown sugar chicken

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts--about 2lbs1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup apple cider vinegar2 T soy sauce3 cloves garlic2 lemons
Place chicken in crockpot. Add brown sugar and turn chicken to coat. Add liquids. Crush and peel garlic and add in. Slice lemons and place slices over chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 6 servings--have some rice and veggies with it!

Maybe try cooking it for 6 hours or so next time? I know crockpots can cook at different temperatures, perhaps yours was a little hotter than mine.
