4 c. shredded c arrots1 c. shredded apple3 c. flour2 c. sugar0.66 c. brown sugar4 eggs1/2 c. oil1/2 c. milk2 tsp vanilla3 tsp cinnamon2.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger
Mix wet ingredients and sugars. Add dry ingredients. Stir in carrots and apple until blended. Bake in mini pan 12 min, reg cupcake pan 20 min at 350.
