    This soup (more like a stew) is delicious! I made 2 versions: 1 with ground beef for the guys, the other with boneless skinless chicken thighs for the girls. Everyone LOVED it! This has become a go-to staple I use quite frequently! - 2/3/17

    Am I missing the recipe instructions? How do you make this (e.g, do you brown the turkey and onions, or do you just put all ingredients together raw)? How long do you cook it?

    I used, instead of prepackaged taco seasoning, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon Cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic powder. I serve it with sliced avocado, shredded cheese, and chips for the kids. - 11/6/13
