Spinach "pie"

Ingredients
frozen spinach (less than 1 pack)skim ricotta (1/3 cup)Feta cheese (30 grams)2 eggs1/2 cup flour1/2 cup milk.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp salt
Directions
thaw spinach and drain; mix in garlic, feta and riccotta. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl; add spinach mixture. Bake at 350 for about 45min until the middle is set in a smallish caserole (uncovered)
