Ingredients
Ground beefchili powdercumincinnamonsaltpepeprromaine lettucepinto beansscallionssalsasour creamlime juice
Directions
Makes 4 servings
In a non stick skillet brown ground beef
Add 2 t of chili powder, 1t of cumin and 1/2t of cinnamon, cook until fragrane
Layer lettuce, tomato, beans, and scallions in a large casserole dish, Top with warm beef mixture
Mix slasa, sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl. Spoon mixture over salad.
