1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey1 onion, chopped4 egg whites1 cup salsa3/4 cup Old fashioned oats, uncooked1 pkg. onion soup mix1/4 tsp. black pepper1/2 ketchup
1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2-In a large mixing bowl, comine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper.
3-press mixture into a 9X5 loaf pan and spread ketchup over the top.
4-Bake until meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle, about 60 minutes.

Instead of forming this into a meatloaf I made it into sloppy joe type sandwiches...the family LOVED it!!! We had plenty left over because it's a lot of meat so I added elbow macaroni and a jar of spaghetti sauce the next night to make goulash...it was even better the second time around!! Awesome!! - 1/5/11
