Banana Flax Pancakes with Oat Bran and Vanilla Soymilk

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flax seeds1/4 cup oat bran2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt subsm mashed banana2 cups light vanilla soymilkwater to thin if necessary
Directions
mix dry ingredients. add mashed banana & soymilk (water if needed). Mix until large lumps are gone.

bake on heated grill, only flipping once. (for perfect looking pancakes).
