Shredded Carrot and Raisin Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c. raisins plumped5 md. carrots scrapped and shredded1/3 c. light Miracle Whip1 tsp Splendadash saltmd. head of lettuce
Directions
Makes aprox. 6 servings
To plump raisins wash, put into colandear and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Cover and steam 10 min or until raisins are puffed.
Toss raisins and remaining ingredients together and serve as a side salad.
