2 lbs extra lean ground beef, 1 cup cottage cheese (fat free), 5 medium zucchinis, 2 cups summer (yellow) squash,
brown 1 lb hamburger, cut zucchinis into long strips to resemble noodle sizes, slice squash, layer in 8 inch pan zucchini, hamburger and cottage cheese, add another layer of zucchini, hamburger and cottage cheese, top off with layer of zucchini
