Hearts of Palm & Artichoke Salad

1 cup Romaine lettuce1 cup Spring Mix lettuce1 tbsp sliced black olives1 tbsp slivered toasted almonds3 Hearts of Palm2-3 artichoke hearts5-6 cherry tomatoes1 tsp - 1 tbsp golden raisins
Slice hearts of palm into several circular pieces; cut artichoke hearts into quarters. If desired, slice cherry tomatoes in half.
Place lettuces on a bowl & mix; on top sprinkle the raisins, almonds, olives, tomatoes. Add the hearts of palm & artichokes.
Use any italian-style dressing or any dressing of your choice.
