Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg beaters1-8oz. box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1-8oz. can Creamed Corn1-8oz. can Whole Corn (drained)1 Cup Non-fat Sour Cream1/4 cup Melted Butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with a spoon
Spray a 2qt. baking dish with non-stick spray and pour mixture in. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, do Not cover. Sides and top should be lightly browned and tester should come out clean.
