Laura's Toasted Tomatoe Sandwich

Ingredients

Directions
Spread mayo (I use the olive oil one) on bread, layer tomatoe, sprikle with an Italian seasoning (I use one that has Rosemary in it), and layer the cheese.

I use a toaster oven. Put the bottom half of the sandwich in the TO (open face) and partially melt the cheese. Then put the top bread on and toast, turning the sandwich to toast both sides. Yum.

Carrots on the side are a good compliment to this sandwich, along with ginger water (I add a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root directly into my water).
