Yogurt-Tahini sauce

Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt4 tablespoons tahini paste 1/2 tsp cumin salt juice of half a lemon
Directions
Drain yogurt over cheesecloth or double folded paper towel

Combine with tahini, cumin, juice of 1/2 lemon and salt to taste. Could also add finely chopped seeded cucumber to this.
