Tilapia Tacos

Ingredients
4 oz tilapia filet2 white corn tortillas1/4 tsp extra light virgin olive oil1 lime1/3 of a tomato, diced1/3 white onion, diced1/2 avocado, slicedHandful of cilantro, diced
Directions
Makes 1 serving, 2 tacos

Salt and pepper tilapia, brush tortillas with olive oil. Broil tilapia and tortillas in oven on high, flipping once. Pull tortillas when they are light brown and crispy. Tilapia will be lightly browned when done also. Mix onion, tomato, cilantro, salt and half of the juice of the lime. Slice half of the avocado. Shred fish into small pieces and divide onto 2 tortillas. Layer avocado on top. Juice remaining lime half over fish and avocado. Divide salsa mixture over the two tacos.
