Veggies and Chicken

Ingredients
cabbageBroccoliCauliflowerBaby Spinach / Freshred bell pepperOlive Oil2 pre cooked boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 3 oz breast meat.
Directions
Rough chop the cabbage
Use whole baby spinach leaves
Cut Cauliflower flowerettes into chunks
Use only broccoli flowerettes
Use 1/3 to 1/2 of bell pepper rough chopped.
Heat olive oil in large skillet - add veggies with the longest cooking one first -- then continue.
Add Chicken after it has been chopped into small pieces.
I use Mrs. Dash extra spicey for flavor as this is a very low sodium meal. May use some chicken broth for flavor -- low sodium.
Cook until veggies are just tender and chicken is heated thoroughly.
