Taco salad

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef (extra lean if possible)1/2 - 1 head of lettuceLight thousand island dressingLight sour creamCheese (I use cheddar and jalepino jack)1 medium tomoto, diced1 small or half medium onion, dicedOther veggies are optional as well.
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Season as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.). While beef is cooking get large mixing bowl.
Chop or shred lettuce. Dice tomoto, onion and cheeses, and avacado. Add all to bowl. Add thousand island dressing. Crush doritos and add to bowl. Mix well. Top with sour cream (salsa as well if you want). Enjoy!!!!
