Ingredients
2 whole avacadoes3-4 medium tomatoesjuice from one lime (more to taste)choppped green onions or scallions to your liking
Directions
dice and combine tomatoes and avacadoes, chop green onions into mix, squeeze juice from lime(s) over all. stir to combine. serve on lettuce or other greens in place of dressing or serve as a side dish.
