Banana-Berry Protein & Fiber Smoothie

1.5 cup water and a few ice cubes.25 cup Kefir -- lowfat (1%) plain -- Trader Joe's.5 scoop Nitro-Peak Whey Protein Powder1 TB Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)50 g Banana (I freeze them ahead of time in chunks) -- this is about half of a medium banana50 g Carrot, raw - about 1 medium carrot.5 cup or 63 g Raspberry-Blackberry-Blueberry -- Rader Farm's (COSTCO)1 TB or 3 tsp Smooth texture, Sugar-free, Orange flavored 100% Psyllium Husk Fiber (COSTCO's Kirkland brand)
Blend all together at high speed for a minute or until thoroughly pulverized/blended. I use a Vita-Mix blender, but most blenders will do.
Note: Drink it all right away as the fiber will start making it gelatinous rather soon.
