Abby's favorite blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup. Whole wheat flour 1 cup. All-purpose flour4 tbs. Unsalted butter2 cup. Milk2 Eggs1 tsp. Baking powder1 tbs. Baking soda1 tsp. sugardash saltfruit2 tbs. Ricotta
Directions
1. Melt butter
2. Separate eggs.
3. Add yolks to melted butter and whites to milk.
4. Combine dry ingredients.
5. Combine yolk / melted butter with whites / milk.
6. Mix liquid and dry ingredients. Don't mix too much and keep it lumpy.
7. Let sit for 5 minutes.
8. Pour 1/3 cup onto hot griddle for each pancake.
9. Place berries (or any other fruit) on top.
10. Cook each side for ~2-5 minutes.
11. Enjoy.
