Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 3 cup, dry, yields (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Milk Chocolate Candy, .25 cup chips (remove)1/4 cup shredded coconut5 tbsp ground flax seed1 tbsp vanilla2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Divide evenly in twelve muffin tray. bake 25 minutes

    Have the texture of a no bake cookie (probably because of the oats). They are very good and I enjoyed mine with a glass of skim milk! They are very filling. - 3/23/11
