Asparagus Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced1/4 t minced garlic2 T olive oil1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces2-1/4 C water (divided)2 packages beef ramen noodles2/3 C hoisin sauce
Directions
1. In a large skillet, stir fry beef and garlic in oil for about 5 min or until the beef is no longer pink. Add asparagus; stir-fry for 2 min.
2. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 C water and 1/2 t seasoning from one ramen noodle packet - stir well. Add hoisin sauce then stir into the beef moisture. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes. (Discard other remaining seasoning packets, not the one in use)
3. In a large saucepan, bring remaining water to a boil, add ramen noodles and contents of remaining seasoning packet. Cook 3 min. Remove from heat; cover and let stand until noodles are tender. Serve with beef mixture.
