Slow Cooker Roasted Pork

Ingredients
1/5 lb boneless pork loin6 mediun potatoes, quartered6 medium carrots, 3-4" pieces1 small onion, quartered1 cloved garlic, minced1 package onion soup mix
Directions
Add the pork to cooker, sprinkle with minced garlic and black pepper.
Arrange potatoes, carrots and onion around meat.
Cover the contents with the onion soup mix.
Fill slow cooker with water so that the contents are covered.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours, or low for 8 hours. This recipe can also be made with a beef roast.
There is no need for gravy as the meat will just fall apart.
