Low Carb PB Cookie

Ingredients
1.5 cups Natural or Organic Peanut Butter (no sugar added)0.5 cups Granulated or Turbinado Sugar0.5 cups Powdered Milk0.25 cups gluten free baking mix2 eggs
Directions
Combine all ingredients, will be very stiff. Take 2 tblsp dough and roll into ball. Press balls with fork. Sprinkle LIGHTLY with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until crispy on edges.
