Pea Salad

Ingredients
3 cups frozen peas, thawed1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped red onion3 tsp Splenda SugarBlend (or 2 Tb sugar)1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing1/2 cup mayo1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
In a large bowl combine the peas, peanuts, celery, bacon, onions and cheese. In a small bowl combine the mayo, sugar and Italian dressing. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Chill and serve.
