1 large banana chopped and frozen300 grams silken tofu2-3 heaped tablespoons of skim milk powder2 teaspoons coconut essence12 teaspoons vanilla extract1 tablespoon honey2 tablespoons cater or palm sugar
Directions
blend all ingredients until smooth
sprinkle with sugar
place under grill until top in brown and crispy
