Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cups self-rising flour(or 3 c flour, 3 tsp baking powder, and 1.5 tsp salt)1 12-oz can or bottle of beer, any variety1/3 cup sugar
Directions
Mix ingredients. Batter will be sticky. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Recommend brushing the top with butter 10 minutes before bread is done.

Serve hot. Makes 8 servings.
