Chocolate Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt

3/4 tsp stevia powder 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free or lowfat) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1. Stir together the cornstarch and sugar, and place in a saucepan. Stir in the evaporated milk, and 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Cook over medium heat until chocolate is melted and the mixture is thickened. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
2. Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the plain yogurt and vanilla, and peppermint extract. Refrigerate until chilled.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. After ten minutes, stir in remaining chocolate chips. Continue to freeze until ready.
