Foreman Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
***Need a George Foreman Grill****Seasoning SaltPam No Stick Cooking SprayBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Directions
Makes enough for 4 to 6 people

Heat up your grill for 5 minutes

While the grill is heating up; wash, and cut up your chicken into small pieces ( 2in x 2in)

When the grill is ready, spray the Pam onto the top of the grill and the bottom section, then sprinkle seasoning salt over the top of bottom section of grill

Place chicken on grill ; set a timer for 2 minute

After 2 minutes, flip chicken , spray, and sprinkle again. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from grill

Recipe good with brown rice, white rice, mashed potatoes or stuffing mix.

    I wouldn't recommend using PAM on a Foreman grill. It's gums up the surface. Try a mister filled with Olive Oil instead. - 5/15/11
