Mix all ingredients together until all lumps are gone. Pour about a half a cup of batter in a pan that is lightly greased (I like to use Pam or any other spray oil) and set on medium heat. Flip once small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Pancake should be golden brown. This makes about 8 pancakes. A serving size is 2 pancakes.
