Lite Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 split chicken breasts w. rib (remove skin)10 tbsn light mayo1 medium stalk of celery3 tbpn of red onion (chopped) 1/2 tspn galic power1/2 tspn onion power1/2 tspn lawry's seasoning salt1 tspn ground black pepper
Directions
boil chicken in water with rough cut celery (1 stalk), onion (1 medium), and a bay leaf. season water with onion power, 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, and seasoning salt for 60 minutes.

remove and pull meat from the bone into shreaded pieces. Mix all ingredients with chicken and chill. Serve in sandwich, on salad, or with chips.
